By accessing or using Findlen, including signing up as a Creator or Client, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Usage

• You may create a profile as a Creator (e.g., Photographer, Videographer) or a Client.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
• You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• You may not use the platform to engage in spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

3. Content Ownership & Usage

• You retain full rights to the content (photos, videos, descriptions) you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant Findlen a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share (if marked public), and use the content for platform features.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions for the content uploaded.

4. Feedback & Reviews

• Clients may leave reviews and ratings after engaging with a Creator.
• Reviews must be based on real experiences and must not include abusive or misleading content.
• Findlen reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate reviews.

5. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.

6. Booking and Schedule Management

• Bookings and schedules can be initiated by either Clients or Creators.
• Findlen is not responsible for miscommunication, cancellations, or service failures.
• Users are expected to communicate clearly and honor agreed terms of engagement.

7. Payment Terms

• Direct Transactions: All payments are made directly between Clients and Creators. Findlen does not currently facilitate or process payments.
• Third-Party Payment Services: Users are responsible for using third-party payment platforms. Findlen is not liable for issues related to such services.
• Pricing & Refunds: Creators are responsible for setting prices. Any refunds or cancellations must be handled between the involved parties.
• Global Users: Users are responsible for understanding and complying with local tax laws, currency exchange, and applicable regulations in their country.
• Future Changes: If Findlen introduces payment processing in the future, updated payment terms and conditions will apply and will be communicated in advance.

8. Termination

• You may delete or pause your account at any time from your profile settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

• Findlen is a platform facilitator and does not guarantee service quality, delivery, or satisfaction.
• We do not verify user identity beyond basic onboarding and are not liable for offline interactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findlen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Users outside India are responsible for complying with local laws while using Findlen.
