1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using Findlen, including as a Creator or Client, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

2. About Findlen

Findlen is a platform that helps connect Clients with photographers, videographers, cinematographers, and other creative professionals.

Findlen acts as a platform facilitator and does not directly provide creative services unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Findlen.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
The information you provide is accurate and complete
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Accounts

Users may register as:

Creators
Clients
Other supported account types introduced by Findlen

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities conducted through your account
Keeping your account information accurate and updated

You agree not to:

Impersonate another person or entity
Create fake or misleading accounts
Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating activities.

5. Platform Usage

You may use Findlen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content
Harass, threaten, or spam other users
Manipulate reviews, ratings, or platform activity
Use automated systems or bots without authorization
Distribute malware or harmful technologies
Copy or scrape platform content without permission

6. Creator Content & Ownership

Creators retain ownership of the photos, videos, portfolio content, descriptions, and other materials they upload.

By uploading content to Findlen, you grant Findlen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Display content on the platform
Promote public creator profiles
Enable platform features and sharing functionality
Improve platform discovery and recommendations

You confirm that:

You own or have the necessary rights to uploaded content
Your content does not violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws

Findlen is not responsible for unauthorized third-party use of publicly shared content.

7. Platform Moderation & Content Removal

Findlen reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, restrict, or suspend any content, account, or activity that:

Violates these Terms
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains abusive, harmful, illegal, or misleading material
Impacts platform integrity or user safety

We may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users, creators, clients, or the platform.

8. Reviews & Ratings

Clients may leave reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences with Creators.

Reviews must not:

Contain false or misleading claims
Include abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful content
Be manipulated for unfair advantage

Findlen reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict reviews that violate platform policies.

9. Bookings & Communication

Bookings, schedules, project discussions, and collaborations may occur between Clients and Creators through the platform.

Users are responsible for:

Communicating clearly
Honoring agreed schedules and commitments
Verifying project expectations independently

Findlen is not responsible for:

Service quality
Missed schedules
Miscommunication
Cancellations
Offline disputes
Failure to deliver services

10. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Creator Services & External Transactions

Creators are responsible for setting their own pricing, availability, cancellation terms, and service conditions.

Payments related to creator bookings, projects, or external services are currently handled directly between Clients and Creators using third-party payment methods. Findlen is not responsible for disputes, failed transactions, cancellations, refunds, or service delivery related to such external arrangements.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws, currency regulations, and local legal requirements in their respective jurisdictions.

App Store Subscriptions

Findlen may offer optional premium subscriptions and features through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment processing, billing, subscription management, and refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies and terms.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

Future Payment Features

If Findlen introduces additional payment processing or marketplace transaction systems in the future, updated payment terms will apply and users will be notified accordingly.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

You may delete or deactivate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Findlen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Pose security risks
Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
Harm the platform or other users

Termination may result in removal of content, profile visibility, and platform access.

12. Privacy

Your use of Findlen is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services

Findlen may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

Apple Sign In
Google Sign In
Analytics providers
Cloud hosting providers
Social platforms
External websites

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party services.

14. Intellectual Property

The Findlen platform, branding, logos, software, design elements, and related materials are owned by Findlen and/or Vaaryan Interfaces.

You may not:

Copy
Modify
Distribute
Reverse engineer
Reproduce platform assets

without prior written permission.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Findlen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

Continuous platform availability
Error-free operation
Service quality
Creator performance
Client authenticity
Successful bookings or collaborations

Findlen may implement verification measures for certain accounts or platform features, but cannot guarantee the authenticity of all users or interactions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findlen, Vaaryan Interfaces, and associated parties shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Business interruption
User disputes
Offline incidents or interactions

arising from platform usage.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Findlen, Vaaryan Interfaces, employees, partners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your platform usage
Your content
Your violation of these Terms
Your interactions with other users

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Users outside India are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
